Terms and Conditions
- All services have a minimum of 2 people.
- All reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. In case we can meet your last minute request, please contact us directly by phone or mail.
- All reservations have a prepayment that must be made 7 days before the class (unless this is a last minute request, which can be paid prior to the class).
- Children from 0-3 years old do not pay | From 4 to 10 years old they pay 30% and a children's menu is prepared
- Money refunds can take up to 90 days
- In case of natural disasters, illnesses and/or medical conditions, you can request that the class be changed, but there are no refunds within 7 days prior to the activity
- Our staff complies with all sanitary and hygiene measures during class. If this is not the case, the passenger can request a 100% refund of their money.
- Services that include transportation have passenger insurance.
- Not all services include private transportation. Group Tours or "regular" and "Express", must have their own method of transportation to get to the class and then return to their place of stay.
- Participants who have illnesses to consider, must notify our staff, in order to be prepared in case of an emergency.
- Each contracted service has a waiver clause, which reads as follows:
Whoever contracts a cooking class service from G y D South America SpA, Rut (Company ID N°) 76.780.836-4, understands that they must treat the products and utensils with care and responsibility.
Each participant has the right to demand to see the expiration dates of the products, and request that the water used be filtered or boiled for its corresponding use.
If a participant gets sick due to their own lack of hygiene, the company, G y D South America SpA, is not responsible for illnesses related to this.
Similarly, the company is not responsible for theft during the activity, because each participant must take care of their belongings at all times, especially during tours of places with a high flow of people.
