CHILE & HERITAGE
2-Courses / From 11:00 to 14:30
Chile & Heritage is our half day cooking class.
During the first half hour, we work fresh vegetables from the market, such as tomato, onion and cilantro (or ciboulette/chives), and we make a Chilean pebre.
Then we will begin to knead and make some oven empanadas. The classic fillings are always Pino (meat) or Cheese.
If you can't eat empanadas, you can choose to make Stuffed Avocado or similar Veggie based Appetizer.
We continue with your choice of TWO typical Chilean dishes, which are the Charquicán (with or without meat), or Cazuela (with Chicken or Meat).
We conclude by serving all of this with Wine and/or Pisco Sour.
Class Prices
$45.000 CLP Per Person for Group Class (Approx $55 USD)
Private Classes can be scheduled by paying for 4 people as a minimum.
This includes:
1. Bilingual Chef
3. Aprons and kitchen utensils
4. Beverages, market products, cooking implements
Important Notes
- You must indicate the food restrictions when making your reservation
- Meeting Point for this Class is directly at our Kitchen
