1-Course Express Cooking Class
CLC-03 | 1.5-2 Without Market Visit

The express class was created for those who want to participate in a culinary experience, but do not have much time, or want to include it in their route through Valparaíso.
The class begins with the preparation of "Empanadas de Pino" (Beef Empanadas), which are prepared with an artisanal Chilean Pebre sauce, followed by a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere or Carignan Gran Reserva ton pair.
The second alternative for the Express class can be Ceviche, along with Pisco Sour, or pairing with White Wine or Rosé.
It is possible to mix the drinks from the different options and make Pisco Sour + Empanadas with Pebre instead of wine as your drink of choice.
Express Class Prices
$30.000 CLP Per Person for Group Class (Approx $40 USD)
Private Classes can be scheduled by paying for 4 people as a minimum.
This includes:
1. Bilingual Chef
3. Aprons and kitchen utensils
4. Beverages, market products, cooking implements
Important Notes
- You must indicate the food restrictions when making the reservation
- Each course has a Vegetarian / Vegan / Celiac / Allergy-free option
- When the market is included, people should be warned that it is the place with the highest flow of people in the city, therefore they have to go with patience, and be aware of the risks of carrying things of value (necklaces, cameras, etc).
