Join us for an immersive and flavorful dining experience, where you'll explore the essence of Chilean Cuisine through a multi-course dinner party Cooking Class.
Begin your evening with an appetizer such as the creamy and comforting "Crema de Zapallo" or the indulgent "Machas a la Parmesana", setting the stage for a delightful journey. Your second course will feature expertly crafted options like rich, hearty Carne Mechada (braised beef) or handmade Pasta Marina (seafood pasta), showcasing the depth of Chilean culinary traditions. To complete the evening, indulge in a decadent dessert, such as Chilean Celestinos (Crepes) or (Peras al Vino Tinto) Poached Pears, perfectly paired with a late harvest wine or a specially curated cocktail. This unique experience promises to tantalize your palate and celebrate the vibrant flavors of Chile. All Courses Include their respective Wine Pairings. Class Prices $95.000 CLP Per Person for Group Class (Approx $100 USD) Private Classes can be scheduled by paying for 4 people as a minimum. This includes: 1. Bilingual Chef 2.
